Unless otherwise specified, all customized tour services provided by HiChinaTravel adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations more than 15 days before departure: Full refund.

Cancellations 8-14 days before departure: 50% of the trip fee refunded.

Cancellations 0-7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellations due to unforeseeable events (policy changes, weather, social unrest, etc.): Refund for unused services.

Refunds for cancellations made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.

Refunds for cancellations made during public holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival) will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.

For tours booked during China’s national holidays, cancellations and refunds may not be available once the reservation is confirmed.

📌 Basic Information

1. Meeting Point: This tour product involves meeting and dispersing locally at the destination

2.Tour Type Description:

• For groups of 4 or more, an English-speaking guide will be provided

• For fewer than 4 people，we will arrange driver cum guide.

3.Vehicle Arrangement: The vehicle type will be determined based on the final number of participants.

4.Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required to join the tour and must be carried with you during the trip.

5.Health Condition: Guests who are unwell should carefully consider before booking. If you feel unwell during the trip, please inform the guide or driver immediately.

6.Cultural Respect: Please respect local cultures and customs.

7.Alcohol Consumption: Excessive drinking during the tour is discouraged.

8.Weather & Clothing: It is advisable to check the weather forecast before travel and pack suitable clothing. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

9.Personal Items: It is recommended to bring personal toiletries and commonly used emergency medications.

• Please inquire separately for child pricing, which is usually determined based on age and height.

• Children with a height exceeding 120 cm may be charged the adult rate.

📌 Hotels

1.The hotels name will be confirmed after the tour group is formed. All hotels will meet the star rating standard indicated in the itinerary.

2.Hotel prices are subject to change; confirmation will be given at the time of final booking.

3.Single Supplement Explanation: A single supplement fee may apply for individual travelers. If you are willing to share a room, we will try our best to arrange it (which may waive the single supplement). If sharing cannot be arranged, the single supplement fee will be charged. If a roommate is found after the tour is confirmed and the supplement has been paid, it will be refunded.

4.Standard accommodation is a twin room (2 pax/room, with two single beds). Please inquire in advance if a triple room is needed.

5.Please refer to the specific itinerary for details on whether hotel breakfast is included.

6.Friendly Reminder: Hotels of the same star rating in regions other than major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou might have differences in facilities and service levels.

7.Guests with sensitive skin are advised to bring their own toiletries (e.g., shampoo, towel).

• Meals not included in the itinerary are at your own expense. The guide can recommend restaurants, or you are free to explore local dining options.

• Dietary Restrictions: Please be mindful of any dietary restrictions based on local conditions and availability.

• Dining Habits: If you are not accustomed to Chinese food, you may bring some familiar snacks

📌Transportation

• The tour cost includes Airfare from Kashgar to Urumqi in day 4

• Airport/train station transfer services are provided. Please ensure you arrive within the agreed time frame.

⭐Note for the last day: we suggest that your flight take off after 18:00. Also, if you'd like to stay one more night in Urumqi, we can book the hotel for you.

• Important Notice: Please purchase your round-trip air/train tickets only after receiving the "Tour Confirmation Notice." If you purchase tickets before the tour is confirmed and the tour is subsequently canceled by us for any reason, we cannot be held responsible for any related air/train ticket change or cancellation fees.

• We are not liable for additional costs incurred due to flight/train cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events such as weather conditions (e.g., extra accommodation, guide fees).
